*APR means Annual Percentage Rate. As of April 1, 2023, the current APR is 4.99% and effective for one year following consummation; thereafter, the APR will adjust quarterly based on the index plus up to 2.00%. The index is the highest prime rate published in the Money Rates column of the Wall Street Journal. The minimum APR that may apply is 3.5%. The maximum APR that may apply is 15.00%. As of April 1, 2023, prime rate is 7.75%. Fees vary for loans in excess of $100,000. After one year, the APR will convert to Prime Rate for loan-to-value below 80%; Prime Rate +1% for loan-to-value between 80% and 90%; or Prime Rate +2.00% for loan-to-value over 90%. If the line of credit is not repaid after 10 years, the line will convert to a variable rate loan at rates applicable at that time with the payment set to pay off the remaining balance in 15 years. If the loan is on a first lien, the payment example does not include amounts for taxes and insurance premiums, if applicable, and the actual payment obligation will be greater.
