How to sign up for e-Statements in Online Banking:

  • Sign in to Online Banking through memberonefcu.com.
  • If you aren't already enrolled in Online Banking, you can do so on memberonefcu.com by clicking the “Log In” button.
  • Select “e-Statements” from the website’s top navigation bar.
  • Review the electronic disclosure, enter your email address and click “accept.” That’s it! You’re enrolled in e-Statements. You will receive an email when your e-Statements are ready to view, and you may view past e-Statements online for up to two years.

  • Sign in to the Member One Mobile Banking app on your mobile device. Note: You must already be enrolled in Member One's Online Banking.
  • Select “e-Statements” from the app’s “More” menu.
  • Review the electronic disclosure, enter your email address and click “accept.” That’s it! You’re enrolled in e-Statements. You will receive an email when your e-Statements are ready to view, and you may view past e-Statements online for up to two years.
