New name, same great service.
Member One is rebranding to Virginia Credit Union in spring 2026.
Why the change?
Since the merger, we’ve been steadily working to combine our two organizations. By unifying under the Virginia Credit Union name, we can:
- Expand resources. Unifying the brands will help us be more efficient, allowing us to reinvest savings into our services and offerings for our members.
- Improve clarity. As a single brand, our members can access the same great products, benefits, and services wherever you bank with us.
- Provide great service across the state. Bringing our brands together will create a consistent and reliable experience for all our members across Virginia.
You’ll still receive the same great service you’ve come to expect. We’ll share more updates and information as we work toward integrating our systems, anticipated for spring 2026. We’re excited about what’s ahead!
