Member One Voted One of Virginia’s Best Credit Unions by Forbes

ROANOKE, VA (July 2021) — Member One Federal Credit Union has been voted one of Virginia’s Best Credit Unions in the 4th annual Forbes Best in State program. This is the second consecutive year Member One has been recognized in this program.

Forbes joined forces with the market research firm Statista to complete the fourth annual Best Credit Unions in Each State evaluation. In total, nearly 25,000 customers in the U.S. were surveyed for their sentiments on their current and former banking relationships.

The financial institutions were scored on overall recommendations and satisfaction, as well as five sub-categories ― trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services, and financial advice. Of the 5,068 credit unions nationwide, just 3.6% made the Forbes list.
