Member One recently donated $1,000 to the Women’s Resource Center of the New River Valley to support its mission of providing programs and services in the NRV community.

The donation was a result of Member One’s quarterly Denim Days for Charities where employees donate money in exchange for wearing jeans on a specific day.

“We were honored to receive this donation from Member One,” said Pat Brown, Executive Director of the Women’s Resource Center of the New River Valley. “It is with donations like these that we are able to continue providing free and safety-centered services to victims of sexual and domestic violence in the New River Valley.”

The Women’s Resource Center of the New River Valley has been serving its community for 30 years, providing hope and help to those in need.

Member One has a concentrated focus on supporting the communities it serves through financial and volunteer support, with the belief that strengthening local communities is everyone’s responsibility.

“Our employees are always generous when it comes to supporting important organizations such as the Women’s Resource Center of the New River Valley,” said Kim Braswell, Chief Talent Officer with Member One.
