Member One announced today that Mark Hudzik has been appointed as Senior Vice President and Market Executive, with responsibility for overall leadership in the Roanoke and Franklin County markets.

Hudzik has been with Member One for 23 years and has served in a variety of leadership roles within the credit union. He started his career with Member One by leading the Rocky Mount Retail Center as vice president and has also served in marketing, development, and sales. He was most recently the Director of Business Services where he led and strengthened the business lending portfolio for the credit union.

“I’m proud to be part of this team and look forward to serving our members and the community in this new capacity,” Hudzik said. “Member One has a rich tradition of providing financial performance and member satisfaction. I will work diligently to make our member’s financial dreams become reality.”

In his new role, Hudzik’s focus will be on expanding member and business relationships in Roanoke and Franklin County, as well as growing the lending portfolio for the credit union in those markets.

“Mark’s extensive leadership and involvement in our industry, as well as the Roanoke and Franklin County communities, make him the perfect individual to represent our organization in this new role,” said Paul Economy, Chief Retail Officer. “We are delighted he will serve as Senior Vice President and Market Executive for those areas.”

Hudzik earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Appalachian State University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Liberty University. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School Authentic Leadership Development program.
